In exactly during a period of a month's time, i came back again to KL. This time around it was a family affair. It was mama suggestion that we went because she cant resist the 'calling' ever since i bragged to her about my trip. After all, it couldn't be more of a perfect present for her from my dad for her birthday on the 30th of August.
For the first time we got to board a double deck bus (upon request by my unlce), and honestly its rather comfortable! The great thing was it wasnt expensive at all!
Excluded: Me
So by the time we reached KL, we just had time to book in and refresh ourselves because afterwards for the first time again we were heading to Putrajaya (request by uncle too), the journey from town to the destination was exhausting! We had to take different mode of trains to reach Putrajaya, and unfortunately we reached there almost evening just in time to admire the beautiful architecture.
We had our late lunch cum dinner as everyone wind down and relax. As the sun sunk in the horizon it was just so breath-taking, too bad i was too tired to actually take snaps. I was content sitting down near the lake and take in the wonderful surrounding as the azan maghrib could be heard since our building was just beside the mosque. It was serene and calm. My uncle of course was estatic because his 'niat' (wish) to pray in the mosque came true, he even was amused that they even have a lift inside!

Anyways, right after Putrajaya, we were not yet ready to settle down for the night. Mama insisted we went to Petaling street,hehe like always shes always geared up when it comes to shopping, so i suppose one of my attributes for my passion of shopping comes from her.
Although before the trip i promised myself that this time around i wasnt keen on going shopping spree and instead my plan was to just enjoy the company with my family. But well, i know i was lying to myself, hah! The impulsive urges to just shop was just too strong,what more when my dad was sponsoring the shopping moolah! Why should i hold back right..?!
So yes i was glad there was mama,because she is an expert in bargaining, it can be scary i tell you but then again if she gets the job done,why should i complain right..? The previous trip i was aiming the bags in Petaling street, but did not buy any because my bargaining skills was just not as good as hers, so i make sure i got what i wanted! Well yeah the bags there are imitation but heck it almost look so identical to the original! For people in my case who admire designers bags like TOD'S, COACH and BALENCIAGA but cannot afford the real deal, settling for these still has no regrets,at least for now although eventually owning the ORI will satisfy even better.
After all the shopping we went back to the hotel. The next day, all the aunties went to jalan masjid india, but i wasnt keen on taggin along, i stayed in with my dad, uncle, counsin and sister. Catching up on my sleep, watching tv as my dad sent my sister and my counsin in-law younger sis for a swim was just what i needed..heh..such a bliss..ahhh
In the evening we head over to Bukit bintang (kl version of orchard rd but 100x better) then KLCC and final visit to Petaling street before we go home the next day.
Travelling with your family is totally a different atmosphere compared when goin with your friends. With friends, you get to be inhabited, carefree, do things at your accord and have your own cliques that are just so fun to be with but with family its more on catching on family time and yes i kinda like it and enjoyed myself just as much.
Well i sure know that my Lioness (mama),had a swell time there, and i cant believe as im typing this now, she is in the living room planning for her one day KL trip next week without the men around, according to her with men around it can be a hassle and a hindrance, haizz, she is just addicted to shopping as i am but shes much more worse..
Anyways i didnt get to take many pictures because on the 2nd day the battery died and i cant charge it in the hotel and well shopping for AA batt wasnt in my priority list, hehee but but! the pictures that i manage to snap was just mainly pics of my fav nephew!hahaha he was just irresistable! he just loves camera! here are only SOME that were being taken!
Finally the only disappointment i had over the trip was not to make it down to the Sure heboh tv3 concert because i was not so much interested about it as i am about shopping hehee, but darn i got to found out that a friend of mine was performing that night with his group when i assume he was in singapore doing his show! Hah this always happen when i went to kl and he grumbled over me not calling him when im in town..Thrs always next time i suppose ;)
So there you go a lengthy entry, but hey it makes up for the several days hiatus! Thank you to those who bother to read and not just scan through the pictures :)
